Winter Reading Program 2026: Celebrate the 2026 Winter Olympics!

Winter Olympics Reading Challenge

From February 1 – 28, catch the Olympic spirit with Hamilton East’s annual Winter Reading Challenge!

The 2026 Winter Olympics will be held in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Athletes will compete in fun sports like skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating in the snowy mountains and on the ice.

Celebrate by logging your reading time and earning Olympic-inspired badges throughout the month.

Read and log 300 minutes to complete the challenge! Every badge earns an e-ticket for a chance to win a $25 gift card to a variety of retailers.

Drawings will be held the week of March 9th, and winners will be contacted via email or phone. TWO winners will be chosen randomly per gift card option.
