People will find appealing and accessible library materials, spaces, and services they need and want
- Increase availability and use of library resources
- Remove barriers to access of physical and digital spaces
- Provide access to clean, safe, and functional spaces

Everyone is welcome in the library and will find people, resources, and services that reflect a broad range of individual interests and needs.
- Ensure collection depth and breadth reflects community needs
