NEW: Career Charting Workshop Series with Beverly Barr
We’re thrilled to announce a special three-week intensive workshop designed to help you map out your professional future. Join career coach Beverly Barr from Raise the Barr Coaching & Consulting for our Career Charting Workshop Series—a unique opportunity to design your professional path with expert guidance in a supportive group setting.

This comprehensive three-part series takes you on a transformative journey:
Week 1: Plot Your Position (March 9)
Discover where you are and define where you want to go. Through a quick career self-assessment, you’ll identify your core professional values and craft a compelling vision statement that anchors your career journey.
Week 2: Chart Your Direction (March 16)
Break through mental roadblocks and rewrite your story. Learn to confront and reframe limiting beliefs, emphasize your strengths and resilience, and build strategic connections while developing the mindset shifts needed for success.
Week 3: Design Your Course (March 23)
Take aligned action toward your goals. Discover your natural leadership style, create an actionable step-by-step career plan, and ground your vision with practical momentum to carry you forward.

NEW: Essential Soft Skills for Employment & Career Growth
In partnership with Ivy Tech Community College, we’re proud to offer a powerful program focused on the skills that set successful professionals apart. The Essential Soft Skills for Employment & Career Growth class covers critical competencies like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and professional etiquette—the skills employers consistently rank as essential.
This class is offered several times throughout the year at our Noblesville and Fishers locations. Our upcoming session is on March 4, 2026. There is still time to register! Modern Resume Creation in Google Docs helps you build a professional, eye-catching resume using free online tools. Our next session is scheduled for March 12, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM at the Noblesville Branch, with additional sessions offered quarterly at both our Noblesville and Fishers locations.
Acing the Interview prepares you to make a stellar impression when it counts most. This program covers common interview questions, body language, professional presence, and follow-up strategies. This popular class returns each quarter at both branches.
Online Job Search Basics demystifies the digital job hunt, teaching you how to navigate job boards, optimize your online profiles, use LinkedIn effectively, and apply for positions online. Join us on April 27, 2026 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM to master the essentials of searching for opportunities in today’s digital landscape.
