Celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2022

Written by: Ally Muterspaw

Every year, the United States recognizes Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Pride Month in June. The celebration commemorates the Stonewall Riots that took place in New York City on June 28th, 1969. Throughout the country, there are numerous parades, and various forms of celebrations. Why not commemorate with some reads and documentaries! Here are some nonfiction suggestions that we have at the library.
