With Halloween right around the corner, along with colorful leaves, pumpkin spice, and cozy sweaters all around, spooky season is here! We’ve put together a list of some upcoming programs to help you celebrate the spirit of autumn, and look below for our list of seasonal recommended reads for all ages. Happy Fall!

Fall Programs

Crownland Cemetery Walking Tour
Saturday, October 25: 2:00pm – 3:00pm | Crownland Cemetery – Monument Street, Noblesville | Registration Required
Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville is a great starting point for many stories about county history. Join us for a stroll through the grounds to explore the diverse people of the community and hear their stories.

Riso Halloween Print Party
Monday, October 27: 6:00pm – 7:00pm | Ignite Studio at the Fishers Library | Registration Required
Make a Halloween-themed collage to be Riso-ified and traded with other participants! Stop by to celebrate the Halloween season! Use provided materials and various ephemera to explore collage at your own pace. Make a black & white collage of all things spooky and (mildly) scary, then let us turn your collage into a Riso print! Take home a small stack of your prints, or trade with others to get a collection of one-of-a-kind prints from your community. All materials provided. All ages – children under 13 need to be directly supervised by their adults.

Teen Fright Night – For teens in grades 6-12
Tuesday, October 28: 5:30pm – 7:30pm | Noblesville Library | Registration Required
Wednesday, October 29 | 5:30pm – 7:30pm | Fishers Library | Registration Required
Teens are invited to the library for an evening of frightful fun! Enjoy pizza & snacks, create creepy crafts, and watch a spooky movie on the big screen. Attendees vote on the movie! Costumes are optional, but there will be a contest with a prize for the Best Overall Costume!

Monster Bash – Families
Thursday, October 30: 3:00pm – 4:00pm | Noblesville Library
Dress up in your favorite costume and join us for games, dancing, snacks, and spooktacular fun!

Day of the Dead Story Celebration – Families
Friday, October 31: 11:00am – 12:00pm | Noblesville Library | Registration Required
Have you ever wondered what Día de Muertos (The Day of the Dead) is all about? Join us for a story and sugar skull craft to learn about this holiday which is all about family traditions. Please register everyone in your group who would like to make a sugar skull craft.
