HEPL’s AARP Free Tax-Aide Service
What's New
1. Do not come to the library for AARP tax assistance without an appointment. Appointments are available at the Noblesville Library (only) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from February 4 to April 15, 2025.
2. Only one return per AARP appointment is allowed. After your initial interview and document review with a Tax-Aide volunteer, your return will be prepared at the library while you wait. You will review your tax return with the volunteer before signing, after which the tax return will be E-filed.
3. It is very important to provide an email address when scheduling your appointment in order to receive a confirmation. If you do not have an email address, perhaps you could use an email address from a family member.
4. While every effort will be made to prepare your tax return at your appointment time, events beyond our control may prevent us from doing that. Please be patient, and we will get to your tax return as soon as possible.
5. No walk-ins are accepted.
