Suspension and Expulsion Policy

A suspension of one day may be applied when patrons disregard the Acceptable Behavior Policy. The Hamilton East Public Library Board authorizes Library staff to apply this suspension for the remainder of the day in which the unacceptable behavior occured.

The Hamilton East Public Library Board further authorizes the expulsion of patrons from the library property for a specified number of days at the discretion of Library administration. Written Library procedures are to be followed and uniformly enforced.
