Online registration is available to residents of Delaware, Fall Creek, Noblesville, and Wayne Townships who are aged 18 or older. For all other situations, please apply in person at any Hamilton East Public Library branch. Learn more about getting a library card here.

Please Note: Filling out the application does not guarantee an automatic library card. If this happens, you will need to come into the library within 30 days so staff can see your ID and/or verify your address (no need to fill out another application). Your information will be deleted after 30 days.

To use your new card, log in to your account or download the HEPL app, enter your card number and PIN, and press My Card in the lower menu to access your digital library card. A digital HEPL library card allows you to access all of our resources—digital and physical. If you’d like to get a physical library card, please visit one of our library branches.
